Live chat and messaging

Cere Insight 2.0 handles customer conversations through its built-in live chat and inbox stack. The product is not dependent on third-party customer messaging or external helpdesk platforms; these capabilities are delivered as part of the platform.

Architecture summary

  1. Super admin: Register a messaging environment (base URL + API key)
  2. Organization: Environment is assigned (per your setup)
  3. Project: Live chat connection — create agent and webhook
  4. Inbox: Web, email, or WhatsApp channel

Inbox types

  • Web widget: Embeddable script for your site
  • Email: IMAP/SMTP or provider-specific fields
  • WhatsApp: WhatsApp Business Cloud credentials

Embed with generated <script> and config token; colors and text are driven by product forms.
