Web widget

  • Chat bubble embedded on your site
  • Customization: colors, greeting text, position
  • Integration via generated widget script

Email

  • Incoming mail to your support address handled as an inbox
  • IMAP/SMTP or provider-specific fields (per backend forms)

WhatsApp

  • Official line via WhatsApp Business Cloud API
  • Phone number and token configuration
