Roles and permissions

Role	Permission summary
`MEMBER`	Standard operations on org resources (read-only limits may apply per policy).
`ORG_ADMIN`	Invite/remove members, org settings, full CRUD in most modules.
`SUPERADMIN`	All organizations, live chat environments, subscription plans, critical deletes.

Endpoint matrix

Each endpoint enforces a minimum role on the backend. Never rely on the UI alone for security.
