What is an instance?
A live messaging environment record: base URL and API key used to connect your deployment’s messaging layer; it may be shared across organizations per your setup.
Operations
- Create: URL + API key validation (depends on backend flow)
- List: All instances
- Assign to organization: Which org uses which messaging environment
Security
Never embed API keys in client code; use secure forms and server-side validation only.
